Most relationships open with a scoped review, because a plan written without evidence is a guess with a budget attached. Where it goes after that is yours to choose: hand the plan to your own team, have us carry it out, or keep us on as the technology voice in the room.
Assess
A structured review of what you run, what it costs, and where the risk actually sits, built from evidence rather than a questionnaire. You finish with findings, priorities, and the next phase priced before it begins.
Implement
Fixed-fee delivery against that plan: migrations, hardening, rebuilds, vendor transitions. Documentation is handed over as the work lands, not assembled the week we leave.
Advise
Ongoing access for the decisions between projects. A vendor call, a budget review, an architecture question, an incident. Month to month, and worth cancelling the moment it stops earning its keep.

Or buy the judgment on its own.
Not every decision needs a project behind it. If what you have is one consequential call (a proposal you do not trust, an architecture you are not sure about, an AI pilot somebody is pushing hard), you can commission an independent read on that alone. The scope and the fee are agreed in writing first, and nothing has to follow it unless you want it to.

VanDien.io is led by Christopher Moskowitz, who spent thirty years inside enterprise IT before starting it. He most recently ran engineering for Jefferies, a full service capital markets, investment bank, leading a 55-person global organization that supported more than 16,000 endpoints on a budget of $15M to $20M. Before that he was Chief Technology Officer at two premier New York alternative investment organizations.
